Chicken Stracciatella Soup

Water
Beyond Broth all natural chicken reduction
Fresh baby spinach
Angel hair pasta, uncooked
Eggs, beaten
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
 
 
 
  1. Bring water and Beyond Broth to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook 3-5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat, add cheese and parsley to egg, and slowly add egg mixture to soup.
  4. Add spinach and cook 1 minute. Season to taste.
  5. Serve and top with addition fresh parsley and grated cheese
