1-2-3 Chicken Soup, cont'd.
   
  1. Heat 1 gallon sauce pot on medium-high heat. Add oil, chicken, onion, celery and carrots and cook until all ingredients are evenly browned.
  2. Add hot water, Beyond Broth and pasta; cover for 20-25 minutes on medium-low heat stirring every 5 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve topped with parsley and Romano cheese. Enjoy!
